Well made as you would come to expect from a zippo product. Very sleek and stylish, slightly smaller than the modern zippo lighters but not by much. The real bonus was the customer service that I received, helpful suggestions as to the layout of the engraving and the next day delivery without charging a next day delivery fee. Was bought as a gift but having seen it up close I'm seriously considering just getting them some socks.
